EVENT:
OPERATION JELLY BEAN EXPRESS SPRING 2011
|
This heartwarming thank you note was sent from a soldier who had recieved bags of jelly beans from "operation jelly bean":
"It's amazing how something so small and simple never fails to bring a smile of surprise, a look of delight, and of course there is the usual "fishing" around for their favorite color. It's good to see them smile and laugh. Sometimes they come back in as they are passing by on their way to chow, or back from work. They like to grab a handful and chat about their day and mostly talk about "home and their families". It seems jellybeans bring back great childhood memories".
|
|
WE NEED LOTS AND LOTS OF JELLY BEANS!!! Thousands and Thousands of bags!!
April 20th is the deadline!!
call: Zoomie 304-243-0675 or Boatsie 304-232-5277
for drop off information
PLEASE SEND OR DROP OFF YOUR UN-OPENED 10oz. BAGS OF JELLY BEANS! WE WILL PLACE THOSE BAGS INTO DECORATIVE CELLO BAGS (SEE ABOVE PICTURE) AND WE WILL SEND THEM TO OUR HEROES TO BRIGHTEN UP THEIR SPRING TIME.
How can you top a bag of jelly beans?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ________________
